Mori Irvine writes historical fiction.

Eschewing the well-trod and over-crowded field of novels based during the Tudor period, Mori brings the rich and exciting Norman era alive in her fiction. Norman England (1066-1204) was a volatile and turbulent place filled with plots, intrigue, rebellion, adventure, passion, and unforgettable people.

Mori’s work features the fictional Fitzhawke family of Havre de Grace as their lives intertwine with notable historical characters and events throughout the Norman era. Mori’s fiction will appeal to the same readers who enjoy the adventure, history, and intrigue in the historical novels of Ken Follett and Bernard Cornwell.

Mori is currently seeking literary representation. She is a member of the Romance Writers of America, the Rose City Romance Writers, and the Greater Seattle Romance Writers of America.
